My Instagram account was briefly suspended today. Here is why. @instagram caters to maintaining misinformation, while suspending those who call out misinformation. An Ayurvedic practitioner Vaidya Ravinder Kaushik (instagram.com/drravinder.261…) of Anantya Healthcare based in Gurgaon (anantyahealthcare.com/pages/our-foun…) was responsible for the brief suspension of my Instagram because I called out his fraud practices - including his claim of Ayurvedic treatment of Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. Here is my post that was taken down because the so-called Ayurvedic "expert" in "genetic medicine" could not tolerate scientific criticism - that was harming his business. 1/11

The LDF Government has been uncompromising in its criticism against actions of the Union Government which devalue the constitutional spirit. A strong stand on matters does not require a language crossing the borders of decency. “We will go, but only forward. We will move forward by creating a Nava Keralam that will serve as a model for all.”(10/10)

You accused the LDF of not criticising the ruling BJP enough. Yet, it is the Government of Keralam fighting legal battles in the Apex Court under Articles 131 and 32 against the BJP-led Government encroaching on the rights of the States. We are actively trying our best in bringing States ruled by non-BJP parties on a common platform, including joint initiatives for the 16th Finance Commission.(9/10)

On social justice, our record is absolute. On November 1, 2025, Keralam became the first and only state in India to be declared completely free from extreme poverty. Through our Extreme Poverty Eradication Project (EPEP), we identified 64,006 families and provided tailored micro-plans through missions like Avakasham Athivegam (Right on Fast Track) and Ujjivanam (Rejuvenation).(8/10)

The national governance indices expose your rhetoric: NITI Aayog ranks Keralam as the least corrupt state in India, while Telangana is the 6th most graft-ridden. In the National Sustainable Development Index, we rank 1st with 79 points; you rank 6th. Furthermore, Keralam has put consistent efforts and received the number 1 rank in introducing ease of doing business reforms.(5/10)

We deliver measurable outcomes through the Nava Kerala Missions. The Ardram Mission transformed public health by re-engineering over 670 Primary Health Centres into modern, people-friendly Family Health Centres. We upgraded over 13,000 public schools, equipped 45,000 classrooms with hi-tech facilities, and launched the 'Samagra' portal featuring over 19,000 digital learning resources.(4/10)

The decentralised governance structure was conceived by our first Ministry decades before the 73rd and 74th constitutional amendments of 1993. The 1980s literacy movement was spearheaded by the LDF Government. In 1996, our People's Planning Campaign revolutionised democratic decentralisation by transferring more than one third of the State five year plan to local governments.(3/10)

You attempted to claim credit for Keralam's social indicators on behalf of the Congress. The historical reality: The first Communist Ministry introduced the Agrarian Relations Bill, which would have ended landlordism in the first decade after independence. But that ministry was undemocratically dismissed by the abusive use of Article 356 by the Union Government led by your party then, the Congress.(2/10)

Dear Shri @revanth_anumula , political differences are natural, but expressing strong disagreement through personally insulting remarks is an attitude I reject. The LDF Government’s accountability to its people is continuous, not just at five year intervals. Our Progress Reports are publicly available. Your statements lack factual backing. (1/10)

Dear @RahulGandhi Your govt broke the backbone of Rubber cultivators and merchants by signing asean agreement which brought in foreign cheap rubber thereby dwindling the price of Kerala's rubber crop
ANI@ANI

#WATCH | Keralam: LoP and Congress leader Rahul Gandhi addresses a public meeting in Kottayam He says," In the first Cabinet meeting of the next UDF govt, the price of rubber will be fixed at Rs 250. Then, it will go up to Rs 300..." "The LDF in its 2016 manifesto had promised that they will maintain rubber prices at Rs 250. They did not fulfil their promises in the last 10 years. In 2026, they announced a price of Rs 200, when the market price is Rs 220. We are not in the business of making fake promises. In the first Cabinet meeting of the next UDF govt, the price of rubber will be fixed at Rs 250. It will be the first decision the Cabinet of Keralam will make...."

CPI(M) Central Committee set up a special fund, the Wayanad Relief Fund, as part of the party's response to the landslide disaster in Wayanad. Donations were solicited and collected in Punjab & Sind Bank Account No. 07621000432853. The entire amount collected towards this purpose was contributed to the Chief Minister's Distress Relief Fund in two batches: ₹92,00,000 on 21 March 2025 and ₹99,000 on 26 May 2025 (receipts attached below). Our mass organizations also raised and contributed money to the CMDRF. The All India Kisan Sabha leadership and the Kerala Karshaka Sangham had handed over a cheque of 1 crore to Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan at his office in Thiruvananthapuram. CPI(M) has always been transparent about all its accounts. We have been appreciated for the same by the Supreme Court, no less. Political parties in Kerala and a section of the media that are now raking up this controversy are projecting their own failure to be accountable to the people whom they work for. We would urge them to follow the example that we have set.

The Leader of Opposition Shri. V. D. Satheesan must stop dodging questions with diversions. Secular Kerala deserves to know: what was the 'deal' behind your participation in the 2006 RSS Golwalkar birth centenary at North Paravur? Lighting the lamp before the RSS ideologue right before an election exposes a deep-seated compromise with communal forces. Was this, as alleged by leaders of Hindu Aikya Vedi, the cost of electoral support in 2001 and 2006? The mask of secularism has slipped; silence is no longer an option. #CongRSS

BJP and Congress are cut from the same dirty linen. Their socio-economic policies and political interests overlap. It is hardly surprising that Congress leaders find it easy to defect to BJP, and settle in comfortably. Who else, but LDF can defeat the unholy BJP-UDF nexus?

Visited the township that the Kerala govt is building in Wayanad's Kalpetta for those who lost their house in the landslide. 410 houses are being built. The keys have been handed over to the first 178 beneficiaries already. Two more phases left.

There is a state in India that nutritionists don't tend to talk about. It's called Kerala. Kerala sits on India's southwestern coast with some of the richest fish grounds in the Indian Ocean. Its people have eaten fish every day for centuries: sardines, mackerel, prawns, crab, reef fish, alongside chicken, beef, and pork depending on religion. 97% of the population eats animal protein. It is the most consistently non-vegetarian large state in India. Per-capita fish intake is second in the country. Kerala also has: - The highest life expectancy in India: 75.1 years - The lowest infant mortality in India: 7 per 1,000 - The highest HDI score among Indian states, comparable to Mexico and Cuba - One of the highest percentages of 25-year-old men over 6 feet tall - Near-100% institutional births - Female life expectancy that exceeds male life expectancy, as in developed countries The vegetarian states with their lentils and their paneer are watching from three to four places below on every health metric. The fish is in the curry. The evidence is on the table. Nobody is looking at the table.

"The Indian states with the most vegetarians produce the tallest and healthiest people. Plant-based diets work." Punjab is the third-most vegetarian state in India. It also has the highest dairy consumption in the country: milk, ghee, yoghurt, paneer. "That's still plant-based." It's dairy. Daily. In significant quantities. "Dairy is plant-based adjacent." Dairy is an animal product. It contains animal protein. It drives IGF-1. It is categorically not plant-based. "OK but they don't eat meat." They don't eat meat AND they consume very high amounts of dairy. Their height and health outcomes are consistent with high animal protein intake. If you remove the dairy from these populations and replace it with lentils, I promise you the height outcomes change. The dairy is doing the work. The absence of meat is irrelevant.
