Prosecutors want his statement and communications with Robinson entered at the July preliminary hearing. The defense wanted Twiggs on the stand for cross-examination. The court said no. Robinson texted his confessions in real time, coached his roommate to obstruct the investigation, and left a handwritten note behind. The preliminary hearing is in July.
