ዛሬ የተመድ " ሴቶች በዲፕሎማሲ ቀን" ነው:: አገሮች መካከል ለተሻሻለ መግባባት፣ ሠላም ለሰፈነበት ዓለም ለሚሠሩ፣ ግጭትና ጦርነቶች እንዳይከሰቱ ለውይይት ቅድምያ ለሚሰጡ፣ ለሠላም መሥራት የሚያስቀጣ እንዳይሆን ለሚተጉ...ክብር የምንሰጥበት ቀን ነው:: ሴቶች ለጽናታቸው፣ለርህራሄያቸው: ለቁምነገረኛነታቸው...እውቅና ያገኙ ናቸው:: ቁጥራቸው እያደገ ቢሄድም ለሙሉና እኩል ተሳትፎ ገና ብዙ ይቀረናል!! እኔም የሁለትዮሽም ሆነ የባለ ብዙ ወገን ዲፕሎማት በመሆኔ /ነኝና እኮራለሁ:: ጥቃትን ለመከላከል፣የሴቶች ተሳትፎ እውቅና እንዲኖረው ለማድረግ፣ ወጣቶችን ሜንተር በማድረግ...ድምጻችን እንዲሰማ እንተባበር:: ይህን ቀን ልምድ የምንለዋወጥበት፣ የምንማማርበት እናድርገው:: መልካም "የሴቶች በዲፕሎማሲ ቀን"!!

I am pleased to host the "Circle of Champions" today at my newley established office (Meaza Ashenafi Mentorship and Empowerment Initiatives for Women). The main focus of the initiative will be mentoring as well as empowerment to guide women in their professional and personal journeys. "Know Your Rights" will be a key component to prevent harm done to women in various contexts including martial relations that we are witnessing. Legal professionals have a key role to play. Be on the look out. ዛሬ አዲስ በተደራጀዉ ቢሮዬ 'ቻምኘየን'ካልኳቸዉ ደጋፊዎች ጋር ተገናኝተናል፣፣አላማችን በትዉልድ መካከል ልምድን፣ ክህሎትን እና ተሞክሮን ማካፈል እና ማስተላለፍ ነዉ፣፣ በተጨማሪምሴቶች በሙያም ሆነ በግል ሕይወት ብቁ እንዲሆኑ ግንዛቤ መፍጠርን ይጨምራል፣፣ ለምሳሌ ሴቶች ከጋብቻ በፊት እና በጋብቻ ጊዜ መብታቸዉን እንዲያዉቁ፣ መምከር እና ማስገንዘብ ቁልፍ አስተዋፆ አለዉ፣፣ በዚህ ረገድ የሕግ የባለሞያዎች ሃላፊነት አለብን፣፣ ተከታተሉን.

.@NANHRI40 Liaison Office is another African HR venue, for African NHRIs, amplifying collective voice within the African Union. In her remarks, Ms @AminaBouayach highlighted role of #NHRIs, fostering solidarity/cooperation & strengthening human rights mechanisms across #Africa
