The Dino Crisis games are really slept on. Dino Crisis 1 & 2 are both great sister games to Resident Evil.

@EliJah06660 @DeanGagaKennedy I mean I'm kind of a new fan (got into re with re7 in 2017 and played og re4 in 2020 for the first time) so I have no nostalgia and I still think og is better. remake got better gameplay and graphics but the og has better art style, characters, atmosphere and storytelling.

@DeanGagaKennedy a year ago I beat re0 and 1 remake for the first time so I didn't have any nostalgia for those games and I gotta say the gameplay was fun, the tank controls and fixed camera angles just made the atmosphere and horror better imo.

I like to believe the writers of Resident Evil Village had Heisenberg acknowledge the infamous boulder punch to make sure the team remaking RE5 can't leave it out because it's definitively canon now.
