@AmericanAir@HeathHixson Nothing worse than being executive platinum from miles flown but being 10th down the upgrade list to people who just charge $100k a year on a credit card for their business. Zero out of pocket for them, but higher priority than me actually flying the miles.

I've flown about 17 round trips across the nation since March on @AmericanAir (about 60 flight segments due to a regional connection). I won't have any status by March because I don't use the AA credit card. It's not about loyalty. It's about $$$. It's crazy. Time for a change.
@AmericanAir I’ve been executive platinum for years and never complain. But you’ve had 12 hrs to fix the issue. Now we know why everyone outside of DFW complains about AA.

@claimcarer75377 what’s up with your plane being at the gate since 8:15 am and then waiting till 10 min before we board at 7:45PM to delay us for 2.5 hrs because of maintenance on a seat. This is absolutely unacceptable!
