He Wrote a How-To Guide for Child Sex Tourism in Laos
Japanese YouTuber Naoya Ohata (大畑直也), who goes by "Loli Nabe," didn't just allegedly broker child sex in Laos. He published a guide for it. An archived version of his Hatena blog from December 2019 contains a post titled, roughly, "How even a beginner can easily have sex with a 1X-year-old in Vientiane." It was filed under categories including "Vientiane," "brothel," and "loli." That's his own blog, under his own name, with step-by-step instructions for sexually exploiting children.
The blog is now offline, but screenshots from the Internet Archive are circulating widely. His bar, "Nabe's Home," has been located on Sukhumvit Soi 23 in Bangkok, near Young Place, under Thong Lor police station's jurisdiction. Thai outlet Bright TV ran a segment yesterday calling on police to act. Japanese journalist Risako Tai has been investigating his business ties. So far, no arrest.
Japan's extraterritorial child exploitation laws cover exactly this. Two Japanese men were arrested last year under those same laws for filming minors in Laos. A third was arrested in January for running a child prostitution blog.

Japanese YouTuber "Loli Nabe" Accused of Brokering Child Sex in Laos Is Running a Bar in Bangkok A Japanese YouTuber who allegedly published guides on purchasing sex with minors in Laos and brokered access to underage girls for Japanese clients is living openly in Bangkok, running a crowdfunded bar under his real name. Naoya Ohata, who goes by "Loli Nabe" online, ran a YouTube channel and social media accounts where he posted about nightlife, sex tourism, and, according to a viral thread by a Japanese anti-pedophile account, information about child trafficking in Laos. That thread, posted in Thai, hit 1.8 million views in February. On his own Instagram (naodee.nabechan), Ohata posted a photo from inside a Swensen's, a family ice cream chain, captioned "full of young girls, the unspoiled vibe is the best," tagged with sex industry hashtags including Nana Plaza, Soi Cowboy, and Walking Street. Today, Thai outlet Bright TV ran a segment identifying him as a suspected child trafficking facilitator and calling on Thai police to act. Japanese journalist Risako Tai investigated his business ties and found that companies listed as clients on his website, including Shueisha and the J-League, denied any relationship. Japan's Football Association confirmed a subcontracted deal through his company NAODEE that ended in 2019. Ohata's companies did not respond to inquiries. No arrest has been reported. He fits a broader pattern of Japanese nationals exploiting minors in Laos. Two men were arrested in August 2025 for filming minors there. Another was arrested in January 2026 for running a child prostitution blog. The Japanese Embassy in Laos issued a formal warning in June 2025.

I fixed basic physics which a 4000 Cr film couldn't. And somehow… the dust doesn’t stick, the wind has no direction, hair barely reacts, and lighting ignores the storm. I just made the hair flow with wind vectors, added particle interaction on skin, fixed light scattering in dust, and grounded the whole thing in actual physics. Did this in 2-3 mins, thanks AI.
