Do you know what a "bottle night" is?
Probably not, because my gf and I invented it during a 2023 blizzard in Buffalo, NY.
We lock our phones away, turn the TV off...
Each grab a bottle of wine, and talk.
That's it, we simply talk and enjoy each other's presence.
We live together, but it's easy to miss out on "quality time".
What do you think?

A nice little artifact story.
In the late 19th century there was a company in downtown New York called Duparquet, Huot & Moneuse. They made commercial-grade pots and pans, very high-quality, mostly copper. Went out of business during the Depression. 1/5

I just got it back, and the After is a thing of beauty. He got the dent out so it sits flat, too. I love cooking dinner with a functioning antique that was made within walking distance of my apartment, five generations ago. It’s now good for another couple of centuries. 5/5
