@CrossCountryUK Breakfast, lunch and dinner are popular eating times. Does not for public use between the hours of 7-9,12-14,17-19 sound reasonable? Do you get many queues for food outside these times?

@CrossCountryUK I understand if there was a queue, but there hasn't been one. How's about you allow people to sit there outside of main eating times?

@CrossCountryUK Please empower your team to apply common sense. Wanted to move seats when 2 people sat directly in front of me, 8 seats behind labeled not for use. Staff suggested to look in other carriages for alternative seat. Industrial age thinking, time to evolve.

@CrossCountryUK Thanks for replying. 4 of the 8 behind are window seats. Why can't these be used to extend distance between passengers?

@sctp Hello. Apologies for the frustration but passengers are able to occupy all window seats on board, so there will likely be people in the seats in front and behind you. Aisle seats cannot be booked currently so you will never have anyone sat next to you. ^LA ❄️
