Had to have 2 large spoonfuls of coffee grains one night and man I'm still feeling the effects

Last 10 nights on Ramadan. I was drinking coffee like a mad man. Now I have to flush this disgusting stuff out of my system

It’s hard not to feel haunted by it at times

I have been feeling really down cause I realized my illness has no cure nor a specific cause. I try to live in spite of it but

@__selcouth I haven’t thought of cold water. might try, an need to try the ice pack idea. normally people put it on the head but is it true that migraines originate in the neck so it’sd be more affective there ?

one of the only things that helps with intense migraines is putting a shower head on pressure beam setting with high heat and just putting it on your neck/temple etc

it’s like an hour drive to the shore but it’s worth it at least once or twice a month

I really need to make sure to immerse myself in nature at least like once a week.
