@CrossCountryUK the train from Sheffield to Edinburgh on 11 July. We were stuck in a carriage with no air conditioning for over 3 hours — in a heatwave — with two 80-year-old passengers. Completely unacceptable and dangerous. Also delayed by over an hour. Please explain.
