I’ll be honest, it really affected my mental health. at that time, I was only 24 and I didn’t have a very strong 'shield' against negativity. it definitely got ti me. all I could do was give myself encouragement and talk to the people I love like my parents and tell them what was happening. I tried to receive positive energy from people who truly see my value and my dedication. it’s like what p'keng said, when you go out and meet people who ask for photos, or you see fans smiling at you at the events, it’s like a completely different world from social media. so, I realized that placing too much value on the social media world isn’t always good. while it is a platform we have to work on, in the real world, there are so many people who love and support us. I want to focus on that and appreciate it more, rather than focusing on the 'dark spots' that don't make us happy I'm sure it was april last year😭🙏 you don't have to worry again baby, right now there are more people loves you around this world.
