I also want to say that I woke up to 3 people asking me this just because I used the world ''plural'' once last week ??? I know I asked about system related questions but I don't think that asking ANYBODY about their traumatic experiences is normal...?

No? I've seen other traumagenic systems using ''plural'' because it's just... a synonym... I use it because my main language is very focused on not repeating words so I'm not gonna say ''system'' all the time.
