Had a pretty rough anxiety moment earlier today. One thing that helped me come back was shifting into gratitude. Nothing crazy, just focusing on what’s actually okay right now. My breathing, my surroundings, the people I care about. It doesn’t magically fix everything, but it grounds you. It pulls you out of the spiral and back into something real. When your mind is racing, gratitude can be an anchor.
