Capitalism-if you're born poor you don't have equal opport. to be whatever you want by virtue of fair efforts. Socialism, unlike communism, you ain't bound to be eq. economically, but Gov. provide all the needed means to attain equal opportunity for a person to prosper limitless.

@PunishedKebbin No, it's not. A fair constituency is defined by geography and not by the population. The basic idea behind forming of constituencies is that, people who share same tradition, language and means of income can be grouped together, thereby each group with different goals has voice.
