The only reason it doesn’t happen in s2 and 3 isn’t bc they “rebuild themselves” but bc they are simply apart for various plot reasons. 💀

@JaneSmi59961167 Ngl all comics are quite byler-leaning even in m11 scenes. Later panels in this comic once again highlights El’s desire to have mom and to be free. And the framing puts lumax/byler together and El alone.
Context: they were playing dnd and got scared, but those were mice.
