Today is officially Day 180 of my Fitness Transformation Program and I'm just so blessed to have achieved everything I have thus far. I'm at 180lbs (lost 95lbs) and have a waist size of 31 now. I've learned how to create meals between 250 to 375 calories that are high protein.

It was a good Back session! Remember drive your elbow to your hip pocket and not to go further back so your lower lat exercise doesn't turn into a mid back exercise!

@Keith47670159 Ours in San Diego. It's a 24 hour access private gym. They even have tripods everywhere for you to take pictures and videos of yourself from workouts to posing.
