it fascinates me how better OMAD (less than 900kcal) works way better for me than every method of ⭐️ving i tried. i don’t even think about food that much, and even when i fuck up it’s easy to get back on track 🤨
hey guys 💌 i’m currently fasting, since the great lent started!! i’m not restricting that much nor counting calories, i just went vegan and i don’t use any kind of oil while preparing my food. give me some workouts you like 💗
