@RuneGroan @Junaid_Sahi Your comment would make sense if almost all economic indicators did not indicate otherwise. We saw how this reform managed inflation. It was a genuine GDP growth without foreign aid - highest consecutive figure post Musharraf. Let’s not forgot Pakistan PTI inherited in 2018.

Any idiot can lower the interest rate, blow up deficit, & get a spurt of economic growth followed by a high tide of inflation & economic crash. This is what you see here.

Abbotabad and Murree are quite literally same region. Except that Abbotabad has always been a major city, Murree only a small hill station - and yet difference of governance in both is so nakedly drastic Nak da Koka destroyed rest of KP too but it destroyed Hazara the most.

abbottabad has an hdi of over 0.8, according to 6 years old data from un & statistics bureau.. over 95% of its under-16 population is in schools.. it's second only to islamabad on undp's digital development index.. stick to shoving led lights into trees & calling it development
