@greateranglia can you please tell me why your delay repay website is not listing any journeys when I am inputting correct origin and destination along with correct time. This is the third issue I have had now with submitting Delay Repay requests this month.

@greateranglia Thanks you. Not surprising with the volume of delays of late. What I am also finding is when I do successfully submit, I then get emails such as this. It is impossible to submit online without already entering the info they are claiming has not been provided @greateranglia

@greateranglia Would I be permitted to go from Elsenham to Stansted Airport via Bishop’s Stortford even though your app/site states I should go Elsenham to Stansted then Stansted to Stansted Airport - this is a longer journey time than going via Bishop’s Stortford🤷🏻‍♂️🚂

ℹ️Update 20:33: ❗Following plastic sheeting caught on the overhead electric wires between #AudleyEnd and Newport Essex all lines have now reopened. Train services running through these stations may be delayed by up to 10 minutes or revised. Disruption is expected until 22:00 27/06. Network Rail staff have removed the obstruction and all lines have reopened.
