My friend ordered on the 20th of November from @mondelegrand & to date she has received little to no assistance. I’m posting this on her behalf…. Can we please invest in customer service. The garments are beautiful but zero customer centricity ☹️

@nobcy_mac Gotta make some sacrifices, decide what else you’ll do in addition to your studies. You can’t party, do gym, a whole lot of extra mural activities and now add studying. Focus for a few years and get your qualifications. Life will be there on the other side. Also create routine.
