Second half loads better from Sunderland - you wonder what would have happened if they'd started in that shape. Bigger priorities but that's a really poor show on the whole, left themselves too much to do from the first half.

Given the names currently doing the rounds, I’d rather stick with Anthony Patterson for 2025/2026. He’s earned the right to play top flight football; he’s performed superbly in two Wembley finals and with some elite coaches around him, why can’t he continue to improve? #SAFC
