Flooding of the River Monnow caused ballast to be washed out leaving track suspended mid-air. JFTS provided NetworkRail with a flood monitoring system, alerting to potential overtopping and ensuring safe operation of the railway in extreme weather. bit.ly/38IO7cb

Reconstruction of Yetminster Bridge gave JFTS opportunity to complete monitoring and live load testing of the structure in-situ before it was decommissioned. The bridge was then off-loaded whole and taken to the University of Surrey for further testing. bit.ly/3881FNM

JFTS provided Enfield Council with specialist inspection and monitoring of bridge bearings, following concerns over aging structures. JFTS’ bridge monitoring solutions identified problem areas and suggested actions for short and long-term bridge management bit.ly/3srkxir

Storm Christoph caused the River Dyfi to flood, but with the help of JFTS’s flood monitoring systems, Network Rail were prepared for the potential overtopping and operations were managed on the Shrewsbury to Aberystwyth line, before the bridge was closed. youtu.be/KXoq-JdTswI

JFTS installed eleven JFTS BridgeStrike systems for Transport for London to help eliminate bridge impacts from over-height vehicles. The systems collate data to assess damage, along with video evidence to help lead to the prosecution of offending drivers. bit.ly/3aIbYsw
