Tried @thedishpatch twice now in the last few months and neither time has our order been fulfilled on time (or at all). Refunds are good, but at some point I'd actually like to receive some food

I've had to give up on my dinner tonight it's that bad @thedishpatch This was a gift but it would have cost £70.00 what a waste of money. So much for our special occasion meal.

We were given a gift of a Dispatch meal it's enough for two people but don't waste your money on Dispatch it's really not worth it 😔

@thedishpatch I just want to tell you that your courier, DPD, left my restaurant meal on our doorstep in full July sun, without knocking or ringing the bell. Someone was in the room beside the front door when it was left. No attempt to deliver.

@wendyburn Hey Wendy - good spot, the Prawn Lasagne comes in the bamboo panibois, which should go in the oven. The vac pack should be removed and placed in the recycling. p.s. This menu is a team favourite, let us know what you think!

@thedishpatch cooking your prawn lasagne tonight. It says to keep the packaging on while it is in the oven. Presumably this doesn’t mean the plastic vacuum wrapping? 🤔
