I have been failing P.E because no one pointed me to the simple fact that, the paper is not testing for substance and knowledge in the field, its a REGULATION paper, testing on whether you can identify when the regulations are implicated and what they prescribe and proscribe

The effect of a declaration of unconstitutionality of an Act, as affirmed by SCORK, among others, BBI, is to revive the Act sought to be repealed by the unconstitutional Act. Once the Contempt of Court Act was declared unconstitutional, S 5 of the Judicature Act was revived.
