@virginmedia We have spent the month doing that and it took a technician coming out to tell us that works in the area damaged the cabling and it wasn’t going to be fixed until at least the 19th… still nothing. poor show and poor communications, we will be making a complaint, cheers

@virginmedia our WiFi has been down for a week- our technician has been cancelled and we’re being told that it’s a ‘complex local issue’ by all the automated services. We need WiFi to work from home and haven’t been offered a replacement hub or alternative option. Help please
