@McDonalds My fiancé & I went to a McD's by us earlier. THE WORST VISIT. My soda? Flat. His sweet tea? Water. Our fries? ICE COLD, despite asking for fresh (due to past bad exp). Our cheeseburgers? Inedible. I've let MANY bad exp slide but COME ON! Over $20 WASTED. Night RUINED.

@McDonalds So frustrating to get home from a local McDonald's a couple days ago only to find that not only was my order made wrong, but one item was totally missing. This is the second time in a year or so that this has happened. The first time I complained I never heard back.

answer is simple: selling a ticket for more than its face value should be illegal. then there is no chaos and you give us back the control instead of creating a bizarre free market of confusion amongst the audience who we love and care for.
