@twilio our sendgrid email account got comprised (edzorbmailer) & sendgrid support has been harassing us by keeping our data with themselves & asking us to pay $70 usd for compromised account with no usage.Shame on your sendgrid for harassing clients, we will take this up legally

@twilio @twiliosupport IE1 region doesn't support SMS. Your console recommended IE1 for my location. I loaded credits. Now I'm stuck. Support is unresponsive for hours. My app launch is blocked. How do I migrate credits to US1 or get a refund?

@twilio Hi @SendGrid — I'm locked out of my brand new account and stuck in a catch-22. I verified my email, got into the dashboard once, but now cannot log in. The error says "Cannot access the account." Your support portal requires login to access support, which I can't do.
