Paranormal Activity The Ghost Dimension wasn't irredeemable. Don't get me wrong, nothing about it stands out as good. The pacing, writing, scares, & so on are not only the worst they've been, but are also way too old at this point. But it's not TERRIBLE. 04/10.

Paranormal Activity The Marked Ones is the best of the sequels. It stands on its own well still connecting to the existing story, the characters are great, and it even gives us some action for the first time in the series. But, the ending felt a bit rushed. 08/10.

Paranormal Activity 4 was pretty meh. But I enjoyed how they used the Xbox Connect, & the scare that it provided. And I LOVE that this was Kathryn Newtons, now horror ICON, first lead role. And though the characters aren't great, they're acted VERY well. 06/10.

Paranormal Activity 3 was a very whatever movie. Like the first, it justifies its existence by expanding on the lore of the first. And it even adds a new camera angle, with the rotating camera. However, it's easily the worst paced. I found myself very bored. 05/10.

Paranormal Activity 2 acts well as a prequel. The performances feel less genuine, and it's clear that though this does well in expanding the story, it mostly exists due to the financial success of the first. I do think it has the much better well rounded ending of the two. 08/10.

Paranormal Activity is an ok time. But it def has faults. The pacing is pore & the ending sucks (the demon face looks rough), but it manages to come together well. Especially due to the actors adlibing most lines, making the characters feel super natural. 08/10.

Pressure '25 was a genuinely fantastic film. I really don't think they'll ever run out of stories to tell from D-Day and what led up to it. The writing & acting were amazing. I loved the grounded & realistic portrayal of all the decisions that had to be made. 09/10.

Deep Water was an alright time. I honestly think you could have removed the sharks, and just made this a movie about a plane crash. So it was nice to see that one A-hole get his right at the end. Besides that, I didn't love or hate any aspect of it really. Solid 05/10.

Savage Hulk in BND is gonna be awesome, especially if he's out for blood. It's been so long since he's been a serious character. And it'll be awesome to see him against Punisher & SM especially. Since they don't stand a chance, that'll make him even more terrifying.

Crazy how bad that one dev (Sam Maggs I think) fcked the initial reception of CoD Vanguard. Saying some dumb sht like the series had no memorable characters. There's so fkn many, it's nuts! Looks like a person incapable of thinking before she speaks tbh.

Paranormal Activity 2, 3, 4, The Marked Ones, and Ghost Dimension, are honestly pretty whatever. Two & Three at least feel somewhat necessary, & Marked One stands out in environment, but they're really all just trying and failing to recapture the magic of the first.

The old Godzilla movies ain't for me. They look too dated. Similar to why I can't enjoy the original RE games. I watched them when I was younger. But I guess it's easier to entertain a child with what clearly men in cheap suits. Still solid & impressive for the time though.

Call of Duty "CoD" Vanguard (campaign) was one of the best I've played in years. Decent writing, ok performances, good variety of well designed levels, & fun yet challenging combat. Could've done without the sequel-bait though. Nothings ever guaranteed. 08/10.

Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty just ain't working on the Xbox PC app. Apparently it's a known issue too. And I have no interest in absolutely fcking up my PC settings to play a single game. It really looked interesting too, but if it don't work.... Ya need to fix the sht! 00/10.

Junkster is an absolute blast so far. I actually went into it having no idea what kind of game it would be. But I'm very happy that it turned out to be a 3D action platformer, and honestly one of the better ones in a while. Something about it just clicks & works for me. 08/10.

Starseeker Astroneer Expeditions sounds really interesting. The jist I got of it, just from reading the description, was basically a multiplayer survival game based on an alien planet. But it's not be working on the Xbox app. I hope that changes, but for now. N/A.

Solar Punk is kind of a mixed game. I actually really enjoy the concepts. And I think it works well from a graphical & tech standpoint. I even found myself enjoying the sound design and music. I just think the gameplay mechanics are a little janky & weird. 06/10.

Beatdown City Survivors is like very few other games I've played. Though, it clearly has a very retro feel to it, so that's not too surprising. But I think it's made pretty well, backed by a decent amount of entertainment value, for what it is. An interesting 07/10.

Frog Squad is a pretty middling experience. The premise itself is extremely simple, and I found myself getting bored very quickly, even with friends. And it doesn't help that the physics are janky. The weight of different objects never feel consistent. Def a 05/10.
