Somebody in your world is hurting and looking for hope - and you carry the answer. The Jesus in you is the hope they need. Don’t hide it. Share it. Encourage, pray, point them to the cross. You’re not just surviving - you’re carrying light into dark places today ✝️🙏 THOUGHTS 👇

READINGS from the... ALL IS WELL 😌 OASIS: One Focus & Quiet Music Space (March 19, 2026) 👉 FOCUS: Clarity starts with one clear step. Reading 1 – From "Atomic Habits" by James Clear (2018) "You do not need to map out every feature of a new habit. You just need to practice it. Clarity comes from repetition, not planning. The most effective way to make progress is not to wait until you have perfect clarity. It is to take the clearest step you can see right now and then look again. Clarity does not come from thinking. Clarity comes from doing. When you act—even in a small way—you generate feedback. You learn. You adjust. You see the next step more clearly. The fog lifts not because you waited for the fog to lift, but because you started walking through it. One clear step is all it takes to begin. And once you begin, the path reveals itself. The journey does not require certainty; it requires motion. Clarity starts with one clear step." Reading 2 – From "Essentialism" by Greg McKeown (2014) "The essentialist does not ask how to do everything. The essentialist asks what is essential. And once they know, they move. They do not wait for perfect information. They do not wait for perfect conditions. They take the clearest next step they can see and trust that the next one will appear when it is time. Clarity is not a prerequisite for action. Action is a prerequisite for clarity. When we act on what we know—even if it is only one small thing—we create momentum. Momentum brings new information. New information brings new clarity. The cycle continues. The person who waits for complete clarity rarely moves. The person who takes one clear step begins to see. Clarity starts with one clear step, and the next step becomes clearer because you are already moving." Reading 3 – From "The War of Art" by Steven Pressfield (2002) "Starting is the hardest part. Resistance loves the moment before we begin. Resistance whispers that we are not ready, that we do not know enough, that we need more preparation. Resistance wants us to stay in the planning phase forever. But the amateur believes the lie. The amateur waits for inspiration, for certainty, for the perfect moment. The professional does not. The professional sits down and starts. The professional takes the clearest step he can see, even if it is small, even if it is imperfect, even if he is afraid. The act of starting creates clarity. The act of starting defeats resistance. The act of starting turns the unknown into the known. One clear step is all it takes. The next step appears when we take the first. Clarity starts with one clear step."

ALL IS WELL 😌 OASIS: One Focus & Quiet Music Space (March 19, 2026) 👉 FOCUS: Clarity starts with one clear step. We'll use this focus for the whole Space. The music will play continuously at low volume while we sit with it. During the Space, I will share some brief readings 📖 that speak about today's focus. No prompts, no questions, no need to type or speak. Use the time however feels right: reflect on the focus phrase, let your mind wander, or just relax. 😌

@akmetax Sweet potato (especially Japanese sweet potato) is my favorite carb. I forget to mention the greens combo I get often (shredded red cabbage, carrot, and kale). I often cook it lightly with the meat for a kind of stir fry.

@jaymeta Same one. I like it the best of all I've tried. It has all the translations I might want, it's easy to copy the text for creating the daily Bible posts in Canva, and many of the options have recorded voice reading of the text.

Don’t ever be bothered about gossip. You just close the app. It’s a portal to another world. You can always hop over to the bible app and your mind changes instantly.

@akmetax Most often I order green beans, cauliflower, broccoli, and Brussels sprouts. I always try to have on hand a container of fresh mild salsa (freshly diced tomatoes, peppers, onions, lime juice, white wine vinegar, and cilantro). It goes with anything. How about you?
