No flour. No sugar overload. Just 1 sweet potato + 1 banana + a few pantry staples = ridiculously fudgy chocolate brownies.
Quick recipe:
• Mash 1 baked/boiled sweet potato + 1 ripe banana until smooth
• Add 2 eggs, splash of vanilla, 3-4 tbsp cocoa powder, 1 tsp baking powder + pinch of salt
• Mix into a thick batter → pour into parchment-lined pan
• Top generously with chocolate chips
• Bake ~20-25 min
