Having a higher vaxx rate than another place is not the same as having a high-enough vaxx rate to stop Delta.
We actually have a high vaxx rate for measles: *95% of kindergarteners every year*
Now *that's* a high vaxx rate.
Mandated in every state.

Wash Post analysis of traffic tickets the District issued from 2016 through 2020 shows that 62 percent of all the fines were issued in neighborhoods where Black residents make up at least 70 percent of the population and where the average median household income is below $50,000
