Hello, ENGENEs and to all those who donated back in 2023,
This is our final statement regarding the allegations about the DARK BLOOD donation funds that began circulating in 2023.
For 3 years, the same claims have continued to resurface:
• that ENHYPEN ASIA received ₱1,000,000 in donations
• that ENHYPEN ASIA stole/misused funds
• that ENHYPEN ASIA spent donations on vacations
These claims are ALL false.
As early as 2023, we released transaction logs, receipts, download proofs, rental account proofs and streaming documentation showing exactly where the funds went. Despite this, misinformation continued to spread. At some point, repeating the same explanations stopped being productive, especially when the people spreading these claims had already chosen not to listen.
Still, because the same accusations continue to appear and mislead newer fans, we are presenting the complete summary AGAIN together with a notarized financial review from 2025 so that this matter can finally be put to rest.
Based on our compiled financial records, our fanbase raised a total of ₱854,341.46, and the documented expenses related to comeback support activities totaled: ₱854,342.13
This includes:
• ₱652,732.06 allocated to K-streaming activities digital downloads, streaming passes, and platform support
• ₱201,610.07 allocated to Billboard chart-related support
All transactions were recorded, receipted, and matched with disbursement documentation.
It must also be clearly stated that the DARK BLOOD funds were never intended for a single release period alone. These resources continued supporting streaming and charting activities beyond DARK BLOOD and contributed to comeback efforts extending through ORANGE BLOOD, ROMANCE : UNTOLD and up to DESIRE : UNLEASH.
These allocations were part of the same 2023 DARK BLOOD donation fund pool and were intentionally distributed across multiple comeback support periods, including streaming passes, digital downloads, and charting support that continued through the DESIRE : UNLEASH promotions. The funds were not limited to one promotion cycle and were used exactly as planned for extended comeback support.
To further ensure transparency, a financial review was conducted by a financial analyst (MBA, CFA Level I), and the report was formally notarized in Manila. The certification confirms:
• all recorded donations match the reported totals
• all documented expenses align with transaction records
• no discrepancies, misappropriation, or unauthorized transactions were found
In other words, the allegation that funds were stolen is not supported by any evidence because it did not happen.
We were also repeatedly asked why we stopped issuing public responses after 2023. The answer is that we already released the receipts. We already released the logs. We already released the proofs. Continuing to repeat the same documentation did not stop the accusations then, and it would not have stopped them now. Unfortunately, false narratives travel farther than verified records unless people choose to actually review what was already provided.
At no point were donation funds used for vacations, personal purchases, or private benefit.
Every peso entrusted to us was used for ENHYPEN comeback support activities and is documented accordingly.
For 3 years, we chose not to escalate this issue publicly because we believed the records already spoke for themselves. However, when misinformation continues to be repeated as fact, it becomes necessary to respond clearly and decisively.
This notarized financial review exists precisely to confirm what we have been saying since 2023.
The funds were accounted for.
The transactions were documented.
No money was stolen.
This will be the last statement we release regarding this matter.
