why does it say free?

@highlywantedyt Because the UI is badly coded. They made it so the "LowestResalePrice" property (which for some reason is 0 for this item) takes priority over the "PriceStatus", "IsOffSale", and "IsPurchasable" properties (which all show the item is Off Sale) when displaying the price.
