@slimjimmy I don't understand how that's supposed to work chemically. Boiling water does not split up into oxygen and hydrogen in any relevant amount by boiling it for a few minutes. It's simply not enough energy. I don't think that's what's producing the different taste.

@angular2react the oxygen bonded to hydrogen in water is not what oxygenates water. it's not how fish breathe either free oxygen is readily dissolved in water, along with other gases
