2 weeks ago our dishwasher broke. We called our landlord and he gave us contact info for a repairman that tends to his properties. So husband called him at 5pm, asking if this is a good time to talk or should he call the next day. This guy was really rude to him, said

@httpsosweet it’s common to delete messages so they don’t pile up, but usually you do it when you’ve completed the job or you’re not gonna do it. i’ve never heard of someone deleting them whilst promising to get back to them bc how are u meant to get back to them if you delete it
