I deleted my initial tweet (which was kind of tongue-in-cheek & unserious) about the Momo situation after reading this doc & talking to Note. I also do believe now that it was not an intentional snipe and encourage you to check out the doc too if you want to know more

momo prob runs a let’s say 5 second delay, takes someome maybe 15 seconds to dm them on discord saying they are against Momo, maybe another 5 seconds to read it, builds lock at 10 seconds left meaning they had 20 SECONDS to coordinate builds
