I got to work this morning, and my boss immediately started complaining about my outfit, even though there was obviously nothing wrong with it. At first, I thought she was referring to my hair, so I told her I would pack it properly, which I did, and then went inside. Not long after, she asked me to leave the premises, saying she could not allow me to remain there. I explained to her that if I left, I would not be able to return because I had already arranged my week’s plans with finance. But she said she was not ready to exchange words with me. So, to avoid unnecessary drama, I simply left

I’m talking about not giving pass for bad behaviour because it’s an elder, don’t put hands on other people just because you are “old”, Plain and simple!! I know most older women are harsh, but I can’t imagine beating an old woman because she slapped me and still make a video for it. There are other possible ways to resolve and make her take accountability, but slapping or beating her back should never be a thing.
