@7glitc @firstnatbankgh It's been almost a month since this happened. Wasn't any substantial amount as I withdrew almost everything from that account a day before. That saved me. Same bank- FNB. no solution yet.

@firstnatbankgh it’s not unusual,similar issues in the comments as well. Spoke to my mate who’s money was taken in a similar fashion. Very similar patterns..and all of this is happening after your bank app changed. Zero security for customers.

@7glitc @firstnatbankgh Bro we’re monitoring this with all seriousness. Have you made an official complaint to Bank of Ghana? If not please do. Send them an email. If you do not get a response in 48hrs, let me know. I’ll get someone from there to advise on next steps.

@jeffwellz Want to know crazier? As at 15th April, transactions are still being done on my account at my expense by whoever has access. Mind you i can’t have access and i reported the issue in March. @firstnatbankgh shouldn’t your first move be to put a hold on the account?
