@SteveOnSpeed Agree. Taxes are passively managed. W2 jobs, taxes are every paycheck thus are overlooked as the focus is on NET. Little awareness no strategy. Non W2, (retired, biz owner, etc) taxes are paid actively quarterly. Active awareness will create urgency for a strategy!!

I don’t think the majority of Americans realize just how much of their money goes to the government in taxes. Little bits of each check add up to ridiculously high number.
Square that with waste, fraud and abuse, and tax season gets uber depressing.

@SteveOnSpeed Totally agree. Income is an input, not a metric of wealth. Net worth is the real scorecard.
It’s not about income alone—it’s about the wealth you control. High income without growing net worth is just consumption.
Building net worth creates options & freedom.

No, because being rich/wealthy isn’t just about income. It’s about what you do with it. A $10,000/month earner could easily be “richer” than a $25,000/month earner.
So, this is meaningless.

That time Apollo Ono "Didn't lose the gold, he won the silver". We have set backs, watch Apollo closely he doesn't hesitate, he gets back up!! Never mistake competitive for winning. Competitive is a drive that reveals itself in the dark, when the backup plan is getting back up!
