@madhuraaa_ The boredom is real. Consistency isn’t always exciting it’s mostly quiet, repetitive, and unglamorous. What helps is remembering why you started, breaking the routine into smaller challenges, and letting progress, not excitement,be the reward.

@Madisonkanna Python makes many tasks simple. It hides memory and performance details. Relying on it alone creates gaps in systems and performance skills. Learn core computer science concepts alongside Python.

@Madisonkanna It’s slower than compiled languages like C++ because it’s interpreted, but that trade-off improves productivity. Python is central in AI, data science, and machine learning research due to libraries like NumPy, TensorFlow, and PyTorch. Its simplicity makes it ideal for teaching

@_devJNS A developer who admits they don’t know something earns more respect. It shows maturity, not weakness. The best engineers ask, learn, and grow. The worst pretend, break things, and blame the compiler.

hot takes: a developer who admits they don't know something is more trustworthy than one who pretends.

@prime_sui Most backend devs prefer structure, strict schemas, and reliable transactions. MongoDB trades those for flexibility. It’s great, but not for every use case.

Gen AI Learning in very simple language LLM - can you answer my query based on knowledge you have RAG - Hey LLM can you answer my query, based on this book I am giving you Agents - Hey LLM, you can do a google search and answer my query Similarity Search - How do you make sure which pages in the book are relevant for my answer Vector embeddings - how to know the semantic meaning of a piece of text. Prompt Engineering - can you communicate to the LLM in a better way. Embedding model - to convert documents to vector embeddings Generation Model - is the LLM (acts like a brain) Vector Database - A database to hold the vector embeddings for doing similarity search later. Pre Training - Create a foundation model where you give a sequence of tokens and it generates the next token. Fine Tuning - further tuning a pre trained model using high quality data. This is done for alignment purpose. you can add more to this list in comments. I hope you find this helpful. My new Gen AI program is starting on coming Saturday. DM to know more! #genai

Today we are launching my favorite feature of ChatGPT so far, called Pulse. It is initially available to Pro subscribers. Pulse works for you overnight, and keeps thinking about your interests, your connected data, your recent chats, and more. Every morning, you get a custom-generated set of stuff you might be interested in. It performs super well if you tell ChatGPT more about what's important to you. In regular chat, you could mention “I’d like to go visit Bora Bora someday” or “My kid is 6 months old and I’m interested in developmental milestones” and in the future you might get useful updates. Think of treating ChatGPT like a super-competent personal assistant: sometimes you ask for things you need in the moment, but if you share general preferences, it will do a good job for you proactively. This also points to what I believe is the future of ChatGPT: a shift from being all reactive to being significantly proactive, and extremely personalized. This is an early look, and right now only available to Pro subscribers. We will work hard to improve the quality over time and to find a way to bring it to Plus subscribers too. Huge congrats to @ChristinaHartW, @_samirism, and the team for building this.

I came across this visual metaphor online and it really struck me: Two meals… one completely burnt after an hour at 900°F, the other perfectly cooked after three hours at 300°F.
