White urbanists know that black people in the outer boroughs who don’t live in their “15 minute cities” ride buses to and from work. And they don’t want to see them. It’s the same as Robert Moses designing parkway bridges intentionally too low for buses. Racist ass racists

The problem with planets transiting the 10th and 11th UNLESS it’s Uranus, Neptune , Pluto or even saturn at times is that these two houses need a lot of time to give a result so whenever you have Jupiter transiting your 10th for a year or so things may go well but maybe not long
