A judge referred comments made by Reform UK leader Nigel Farage about the Manchester Airport assault case to the Attorney General for consideration of a potential prosecution. Mr Farage said: “This is a disgraceful action from the judge. Without Richard Tice and me, this case would never have gone to trial. “It’s quite clear that our judiciary is in an even worse state than imagined. The politicisation of the courts ends under a Reform government.” @Nigel_Farage had claimed that the trial of Mohammed Fahir Amaaz and Muhammad Amaad, which was ongoing at the time, was an example of “two-tier justice” in Britain. Since the murder of Henry Nowak there has been stony silence from the Government. Not a peep from the Home Secretary. Not a word from the Prime Minister who is normally quick to respond to deaths involving the police, both in the UK and abroad. Remember the spectacle of him ‘taking the knee’ over George Floyd’s death? He won’t even say Henry Nowak’s name. Henry’s death constituted a national scandal. An 18 year old, robbed of his future on a night out in Southampton after being brutally stabbed 6 times with a 21cm long ceremonial sword. Instead of helping him, the police initially arrested him as he bled to death after he was accused by his attacker of racial harassment. Henry was treated not as the victim, but as the criminal. His murder could not have been more monstrous; the police response more shameful.  So why has this appalling injustice been met with a collective shrug by politicians in Westminster? With the exception of a couple of us including Henry’s local MP, Jen Craft, it has not been raised in the House of Commons. I asked the Home Secretary to launch an investigation into the police’s conduct and a debate on two-tier policing - needless to say I was rebuffed.  The silence can be explained by the fact that most politicians are more interested in showing their supposed virtue by favouring minority communities at the expense of the majority. So they look away at injustices perpetrated by minorities, lest it colour the multicultural illusion they have that the country is a harmonious melting pot. And they ignore prejudiced laws and the conventions of so-called ‘anti-racism’ which lead to discrimination against the majority.  The trial of Henry’s killer, Vickrum Digwa, may be over, but the questions are only just beginning. Why did the police arrest Henry based on one allegation he had made a racial slur - something the prosecution described as a “wicked lie”? Why was Henry’s handcuffing and arrest considered a priority for the police when he was in a critical condition? Why do perceived racial sensitivities consistently appear to shape how the police enforce the law these days?  The police have now apologised. But ‘sorry’ doesn’t cut it. Not remotely. Heads must roll for such a catastrophic failure. The bodycam footage must be released. And the police’s “anti-racist” training programmes need overhaul. We can’t go back in time and undo what has been done. Henry’s family and friends will live with this forever. But his tragic death should be a turning point. A clarion call for the authorities to act in a colour-blind way - treating people under the principle of equality before the law.

Makerfield report today. We did postal vote adresses. I personally converted 5 Reform voters to Restore after a good chat. Burnham signs everywhere, mainly at the houses we didnt visit. I did convert one labour voter. Brutally honest Reform voters are there to be educated, and the most knowlegable people who i met were the undecided retirement age people who in the main were undecided but knew what was going on. There were a few of them who had never heard of Restore but were happy with our chat. Didnt come across one single Green, Tory or Lib Dem. But ultimately it was apathy and frustration and people knowing that the country is going down the shit pan. A few sniggers and quick door closes off Labour voters but literally no abuse today.

Imagine watching this and being unable to decide if these vile, out of control thugs assaulted a police officer... It doesn't make any sense. Our two-tier justice system is utterly broken.

Two Muslim Men were caught on video assaulting a police officer at Manchester Airport. Somehow, TWO juries couldn't reach a verdict. Now they walk free — NO justice. There is literally VIDEO EVIDENCE. The British justice system just told its police officers that criminals will face zero consequences. Europe is allowing themselves to be invaded by third world violence. Such a disgrace.

Ukraine is attacking targets over 2,000 km deep inside Russia. Today, a missile alert was sounded in Yamal – for the first time since the start of the war. This Arctic region lies more than 2,000 km from the Ukrainian border. Storyteller Putin is currently telling his brainwashed followers that everything is going according to plan and that Ukraine and half of Europe will soon surrender. 😂😂😂

After Farage rightly branded the Manchester Airport assault trial "two tier justice,” Judge Neil Flewitt KC referred him to the AG for potential contempt of court. We all saw the CCTV and the Judge proves Farage’s point. The Judiciary needs a purge, it’s not fit for purpose.

Lee Kuan Yew abolished trial by jury in Singapore after determining that it was too easy for defence lawyers to appeal to racial and religious biases of juries in multicultural Singapore. He writes in his memoirs how as a young lawyer he was able to get three clients acquitted who he was sure did commit murder. LKY writes that he "worked on the weaknesses of the jury -- their biases, their prejudices, their reluctance really to find four Muslims guilty of killing in cold blood or in a heat of great passion, religious passion, an RAF officer, his wife and child." He writes "The judge was thoroughly disgusted. I went home feeling quite sick because I knew I'd discharged my duty as required of me, but I knew I had done wrong.” Study after study shows that in multi ethnic societies, there is significant in-group bias on juries.
