Day 2 Of Letting an AI Bot Control My Trades. Went to bed up 50 feeling good, woke up to my bot down $992. Turns out it had a bug in its own logic, partial order fills were creating phantom positions that triggered stop-losses every 30 seconds Basically, it was paying a $9 tax to Alpaca every half minute while I slept, love that! 🤬 Good news is we found the bug. Patched it. Bot's back online Now the real (scary) question: can it claw back $1,000 in a single day, If at all? Lets see what it can do.

Day 3 of 60: equity at 8,970, down about 1% from the 100K start. The great news, still at a 78% win rate across 119 trades, and both yesterday and the day before were green. The daily market scanner I built rotated in DOT and LTC today on volume. Still finding more bugs than profits but that's the whole point of paper trading. 🥲 #BuildInPublic #CryptoBot #AlgoTrading

I am very excited and terrified about the trading bot I built in OpenClaw on just day 2. It has a 79% win rate, but a bug that hit (of course when I was sleeping) over night made it keep trying to sell a 0 hold position 50 times and cost me 950 dollars... Hopefully by day 60 all the kinks are worked out and we are just left with a bot that wins ~75% trades or more...
