Added a new watch to the collection, but this one’s a bit more bitter sweet. As some people may know my grandfather passed back in January, we’re back in Tucson and I was given this This is my grandfathers watch, it’s not anything super special, but it’s special to me

@AltezzaFox That’s a good way to send them off tbf and if they’re that rotted the lack of rear grip probably made it harder to keep the car from spinning. Regardless I’m glad you had a blast it’s addicting!

Today marked a monumental moment in my life: I got to drive my own car at a drift event!! Got permission to rip it on track using a set of tires I had, and I have one thing to say: There was an attempt No in all seriousness this was surreal to drive my own car for once :3

@atbashed Thanks!!! I had my old boss jump in who was working the ride alongs and he told me part of the reason it was wanting to spin so much was because it needs some caster adjustment too, other then that he said it was perfect!

And the two other watches I’m into then about $200 for the both off them, been doing a lot of buying and selling things lately too, so that tends to cover everything I’ve been buying too

I will say this: I did kinda drop buying hot wheels all the time, I do on occasion when I see one I actually want but I’m not buying doubles or ones that I find neat or something, that and I’m not too deep into the watches yet, the Stauers were $15 a whack from an estate sale

So something that’s been a recent thing with me is I’ve gotten a new expensive hobby: Automatic watches I’ve got 4 now, got a pair of Stauers back in January, then when I got my new job I got a Seiko 5 Sport watch, now I have an Orient that was at the thrift store
