@TiberiusT0aster Unironically, I think remove percentage based bleed effect, and knockdown from his beam, and I think it’d be a pretty fair improvement. The Dino is a surprisingly good Ult feeder for hulk in my experience

The only reason Dino is so hated right now is because he exposes incompetent DPS and boosted healers. He takes so much attention from the enemy team that if your DPS and strats aren't doing their job, you just fall over. But obviously, the plat peaks will disagree.
