Best thing this group does is helping each other in need Helping us get the adjustments we need to make our day-to-day more manageable Allowing us to have a safe space just to vent.....without fear of judgement.

I think able has brought open communication to the business. I wouldn’t have connected with as many people as I have done if it wasn’t for able. It’s also been here as a support for me as I found out I have a disability myself.

As part of Staff Network Day, we asked our members what value does Able bring.....if any. Here are some of the responses...... P.S The members did think the cartoon character of me was very much a true likeness lol

Its staff network day today !!! I’ve ran set up won awards for disability and carers networks for 24 years. I never tire of it … I love continuously meeting talented amazing and resilient people who work for next who I now regard as my friends
