Today we want to share a quick incident update from PumpBelieve. During the migration to PumpSwap, we identified an issue in the backend where some pools were missing proper wiring (protocolFeeRecipient). This caused certain pools to not process buys/sells as expected. After a full review, we confirmed: – This was strictly an indexing/sync issue – Affected data came from incomplete pool wiring in DB at specific moments – No impact to custody or user funds Root cause has been isolated, sync/index logic has been patched, and the issue is now fully resolved. Big shoutout to the creator of PINGME — this real migration case helped us catch the bug early, debug it at the root, and improve the system for everyone. We appreciate your patience. Stability, transparency, and fast response will always be our top priorities. More updates soon.
