Huge congratulations to Alex W on signing his rookie contract for YCCC. He joins Will Luxton on the Yorkshire staff. A very proud day for Bradford GS cricket.

Good luck to Alex W who will be playing for England under 19s this week . The BGS cricket talent pool keeps on producing.

A fantastic week for BGS cricket. Will Luxton makes 100 for YCCC. Venus W gets called into the Eng u19 squad. James G and Anish both grab 4 wickets for Yorks u14s.

A superb game of knockout cricket sees a quality Richmond side progress to the final. BGS finish 16 runs short . Sam G and Freddie B lead the run chase.

Under 14 semi final is underway in Richmond. We are in the field.

Today Will L , Nate H and Dan G have played their final game for BGS. All 3 can be very proud of their achievements. Well done lads. 👏👏

The first X1 finish 3 rd and play some fabulous cricket all week. Will L wins the batter of the week and Billy T the bowler.

The under 15s finish as runners up winning 4 games. Sam G picks up the batting award. Lizzie P claims best bowler.

Nate and Will batting for the last time as BGS cricketers. We are currently 51-1 off 7 chasing 152.

The under 15s triumph again over the Cheshire colts. And are in contention to pick up the silverware. Sam G and Freddie B dominate the scoring.

Despite some explosive hitting from Will L and Nate H . The seniors X1 finish 23 short in the penultimate game.

GSAL take the spoils in the cricket but BGS are currently 4-0 up in the footy.

This morning sees the under 15 s win again with Jacob H scoring 38. The first X1 lose in the last over with Charlie M and Alfie S the stand out performers.

Day 2 of the festival sees the FirstX1 in first place and the under 15s in second place. Play commences at 10am and the weather is dry.

The under 15s play some good cricket but lose both games narrowly. Aaarez A , Jacob H and Sam G the stand out performers.
