No one really meant it for ULTs. Which is why Emma’s ult doesn’t count. Hulk’s should be treated the same

Got scammed out of a 115$ comission by a streamer called Fumiata, they ignored my dms for 15 days after telling me multiple changes on the project, then banned me from the server when i asked them to check dms there. Can i please have some support against them?
