We recently created a short video from @The_Bothy, capturing the voices of the young people who take part in our interventions. Their words say more than we ever could🌱 They share how the space makes them feel safe, listened to, and understood, and how the time they spend here helps them build confidence, navigate challenges, and feel more hopeful about themselves and their futures. Our bothy is more than a place; it's a calm, supportive environment where young people can be themselves, be heard, and take positive steps forward at their own pace.
